Most in-stock orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, unless otherwise stated. Please allow additional time for orders placed during the holiday season. If the item is made to order, please take into consideration the production time.
Returns & refunds
Refunds or replacements are only available if the package is lost, the item arrives damaged, or if you received a different product than the one you ordered. Please note that a standard 30-day return policy does not apply to our pieces. Since our jewelry is crafted from vintage elements, it is not possible to accurately track signs of wear, and therefore our return policy follows the same principles as vintage purchases. That said, we are always open to discuss any issue and will do our best to find a solution that works for both sides. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at alisacayoo.team@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Customs
Customs can apply if you are based outside of the EU please refer to your own country’s custom policies. To avoid additional fees you can leave a note when placing your order. Thank you!
